Here's my first attempt at painting my own body, as for the truck: GPM A-arms and Dirt Works tires is all I got. The thing still hauls, I don't think I want a 3.3 in it!!!

My Jato:

Pretty much stock, but there are a few hop-ups. They are: Proline dirt hawg tires with RPM talonz rims, blue shock covers, dubro body clip retainers, and the setscrew collar brake mod. I'm planning on getting the red turnbuckles, racier tires, a new body with a light kit, aluminum shocks, a new pipe (probably the traxxas resonator), and some other stuff that I can't remember now. I'll post up some more pictures once I get some more hop-ups.

Im back-f-150 flareside 200mm by HPI..a trim here n there..only downside is wheel openings dont suit the Jato physique too well

Here is my new Jato. I put the 3.3 in it. I also added a traxxas CV shafts, RPM front and rear control arms, traxxas red turn buckles, Jato bottom plate and some other odds and ends

. I got a bunch of new proline tires to try, but will put them on after break in is over.

My son's new Jato

Had to get one of my own

A few upgrades, high flow pipes, Proline tires and IMEX rims on my son's. We have separate tires and rims for street or dirt use.

I've been using the Faskolor paints through my air brush. First time I've ever used water base paints. Very cool and easy clean up.

Well if u cant tell in the close up pics my rims ar painted black i think actualy pearl black so in person it has a crome like "sparkly" finish lol well hope u like

I had a little bit of a hard time working out the top plate and the roll bar (it was causing my easy start plug to not line up) but I found that if I used the spacer on the right side and no spacer on the left it all worked out.

Upgrades:
Newera: Upper Tray Reinforcement Plate, 2.2 Wheel conv, Roll Bar, aluminum ball bearing steering kit
RPM: Front Bumper, Front and Rear A-arms
CVEC: Single Chamber Pipe
Traxxas: Steel Driveshaft Kit, Front and rear GTR Aluminum Shocks w/Boots 40wt oil
Futaba: S3305MG for throtle as well as steering

Tires: I normally run Dirt Hawgs on the front and rear but I just put on some Sand Paws on the rear and Mohawks on the front and they totally rock on the grass.

Next upgrades will be the chassis and Im just waiting for this motor to blow to justify upgrading it to a 3.3

Just a Update on my machine... Jato drag...

New top body.. Btw nice body Jayovaltoe, Thought of it before didnt think it would work .. nice .. Very nice!
